Wasl Digital seeks an experienced Marketing Operations Lead to enhance operational efficiency within our marketing department. This role involves leadership responsibilities including system development, process optimization, mentoring, and ensuring consistent high-quality outcomes across diverse marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketing team operations.
• Organize and prioritize projects spanning multiple departments.
• Guarantee timely delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks for all projects.
• Evaluate marketing plans, creative content, paid advertising campaigns, landing pages, and customer engagement strategies.
• Provide hands-on support to team efforts when required.
• Design and implement standard operating procedures, workflows, and operational processes.
• Set key performance indicators and track team progress.
• Detect and address any operational obstacles to enhance efficiency continuously.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster growth.
• Work conjointly with leadership teams to support organizational growth and scalability.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience within marketing agencies or e-commerce sectors.
• Demonstrable leadership experience managing cross-functional marketing teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital, performance, brand, content marketing, and customer experience.
• Proficiency in creating SOPs, KPIs, and operational frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Preferably extensive familiarity with the Saudi market.
• Ability to combine strategic vision with practical execution skills.
