Role overview

CrisisGo is hiring a Marketing Operations & Content Specialist to run day-to-day marketing execution across content, campaigns, social channels, partner initiatives, and digital programs. This position serves as the team’s hands-on delivery lead, making sure marketing activities are planned, produced, launched, distributed, and measured across all relevant channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically comfortable, detail-focused, and creative, with the ability to use modern AI tools and marketing technology to improve speed, quality, and output. This is an independent, execution-heavy role for someone who can juggle multiple priorities, create content, and keep marketing work moving forward without close supervision.

Marketing execution and coordination

  • Lead the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, webinar, and partner channels.
  • Manage the full marketing content calendar so every campaign, asset, and deliverable is planned and completed on schedule.
  • Keep campaign work aligned by coordinating messaging, creative, timelines, and distribution activities.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts support product launches, sales priorities, and partner programs.
  • Monitor campaign status and help ensure all deadlines are met across channels.

Content creation and social media

  • Produce, publish, and oversee content across the company’s social platforms.
  • Write social posts, email copy, blog content, and campaign materials.
  • Handle routine social scheduling, posting, and audience engagement on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Turn long-form assets such as podcasts, webinars, case studies, and event content into shorter clips, posts, and visual assets.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all content formats.

Paid media execution

  • Set up and launch paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
  • Build campaigns by configuring audiences, targeting, creative uploads, and tracking elements.
  • Review performance data and suggest optimization improvements.
  • Prepare reports on paid media outcomes and important performance indicators.

Partner marketing execution

  • Support co-marketing activities with reseller, referral, and technology partners.
  • Help deliver partner campaigns, webinars, and joint promotional initiatives.
  • Assist in creating and sharing partner marketing assets.
  • Keep partner campaign files organized and consistent.

Marketing systems and operations

  • Maintain workflows, tools, and systems that support smooth marketing execution.
  • Assist with HubSpot CRM cleanliness, campaign tracking, and marketing automation activities.
  • Organize marketing files, templates, and campaign documentation.
  • Ensure marketing execution stays aligned with reporting systems.

AI and marketing technology

  • Use AI tools to speed up content development, research, campaign planning, and execution.
  • Apply AI to copywriting, social content production, video editing, repurposing, campaign ideation, optimization, and SEO/AEO/GEO content work.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI tools that can improve marketing productivity and output.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of marketing experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media for a business or brand.
  • Experience creating and launching digital marketing campaigns.
  • Exposure to paid media platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform.
  • Experience using video editing, podcast editing, or similar content production tools.
  • Strong organizational abilities and project execution skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Comfort working remotely and managing priorities and deadlines independently.

Preferred background

  • Experience using AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Skywork, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) concepts.
  • Experience supporting partner or channel marketing initiatives.
  • Background in SaaS, education, public safety, or technology industries.
  • Basic design capability using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
