Job description
Role purpose
This position is responsible for steering the company’s marketing function, shaping strategic plans that strengthen the organization’s position in the real estate market and help achieve commercial objectives. The role includes overseeing marketing planning, monitoring campaign execution, managing the marketing team, coordinating with external marketing service providers, and supporting branches through targeted initiatives and performance analysis to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Strategy and planning
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that support the company’s real estate goals and enhance brand presence in the market.
- Create annual and quarterly marketing plans covering digital marketing, advertising campaigns, real estate exhibitions, and auctions.
- Identify target markets, assess opportunities, and direct marketing efforts in line with market trends and customer needs.
Marketing operations
- Oversee property listings and ensure the accuracy and quality of marketing content across all platforms.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise real estate events such as auctions and exhibitions from start to finish.
- Track campaign performance and interpret key performance indicators to measure effectiveness and improve outcomes.
- Manage marketing content and coordinate with design, digital marketing, and media teams to keep messaging aligned with the company’s identity.
Team leadership and coordination
- Lead the marketing team, assign responsibilities, and ensure plans are executed efficiently.
- Work closely with internal departments such as property management, sales, and branches to align objectives and deliver integrated results.
- Support team growth through ongoing coaching and training.
- Build productive relationships with external marketing vendors and monitor output quality to match company strategy.
- Manage the marketing budget and make sure available resources are used in the most effective way to maximize return on investment.
People responsibilities
- Partner with the direct manager at the beginning of the year to define performance indicators and ensure goals are achieved throughout the year.
- Coordinate with the direct manager to identify development needs and arrange the required training so that all assigned learning activities are scheduled and attended.
Skills
- Knowledge of marketing tools and advertising platforms.
- Ability to develop engaging marketing content across multiple channels.
- Understanding of the real estate sector, market trends, and marketing approaches.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing or a related area, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience preparing reports and analyzing marketing data.
