Position Overview

The Marketing Manager for Social & Digital at Women's Foodservice Forum (WFF) plays a pivotal role in managing the organization's digital footprint. This position is responsible for representing the mission and brand consistently across all online channels, leading strategic and data-driven initiatives across social media platforms, website content, and paid advertising. A direct communication line with senior leadership emphasizes the importance of this role in shaping WFF’s national presence in the foodservice sector.

Core Duties

  • Manage daily website operations, including content updates and ensuring alignment with current organizational activities and priorities.
  • Oversee web analytics using tools like Google Analytics to track performance and recommend user experience enhancements.
  • Develop and manage digital advertising plans, coordinating with vendors to optimize campaign results and budget usage.
  • Compile performance reports across social, email, web, and paid channels for leadership review.
  • Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies with defined goals and KPIs tailored to each platform.
  • Lead the social media content calendar to ensure posts are aligned with brand messaging and target audiences.
  • Manage relationships with social media agency partners, coordinating campaigns, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
  • Drive organic community growth and engagement, orchestrating paid social campaigns through audience targeting and budget oversight.
  • Stay abreast of platform updates, emerging social trends, AI tools, and algorithm changes to proactively enhance social strategies.
  • Assist with CRM audience segmentation and ensure email campaigns are effectively executed, tracked, and aligned with broader marketing objectives.
  • Maintain database hygiene in Salesforce and integrate CRM insights with overall marketing plans.

Qualifications

  • Between 4 and 6 years of progressive digital marketing experience with measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in building and engaging digital audiences, backed by specific data on growth and engagement improvements.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and paid social media platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Experience managing external vendors and agency partnerships effectively.
  • Skillful in interpreting data to provide actionable strategic insights.
  • Exceptional written communication capabilities and a strong editorial sense aligned with brand voice.
  • Highly organized and capable of handling multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred experience includes short-form video production, social SEO, influencer collaboration, CMS familiarity, certifications in Google Analytics or Salesforce, prior nonprofit/association industry experience, and knowledge of foodservice or hospitality sectors.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary ranges from $65,000 to $85,000, dependent on experience. This role offers a remote-first work setting with monthly travel to the Dallas office.
