This role involves leading regional marketing initiatives and shaping the marketing strategy for LEAP, a prominent global SaaS provider of Legal Practice Management Solutions. The position is based in Auckland and requires presence in the office at least three days a week. LEAP serves over 76,000 legal professionals worldwide and is part of the ATI LegalTech group.

New Zealand Team
Recently independent from the ANZ region, the New Zealand division operates autonomously to grow its market with a uniquely Kiwi approach. The team collaborates closely with Australian and global marketing professionals to enhance brand recognition and drive adoption of AI-infused products in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the execution of marketing strategies specific to New Zealand legal professionals, focusing on brand awareness and product adoption.
- Manage content creation that clearly communicates how LEAP’s solutions address everyday lawyer challenges, using data to measure and improve impact.
- Plan and implement customer and partner events aimed at fostering engagement and high-value interactions.
- Oversee the New Zealand LEAP website, including content updates, analytics, and future roadmap management.
- Craft product marketing plans to enhance solution uptake, feature usage, and sales performance.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with corporate objectives and impact customer acquisition.
- Lead social media strategy, elevating LEAP’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram tailored for the legal industry.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, focusing on generating quality leads and improving brand visibility.
- Use data analytics to monitor marketing performance and competitor movements to continuously refine strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Marketing professional with a strong generalist background, particularly in digital channels.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and teams, preferably within SaaS or professional services sectors.
- Exceptional communicator able to translate complex concepts into compelling messaging for targeted audiences.
- Hands-on capability with multiple digital marketing platforms and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Proficiency in data-driven marketing, understanding customer segmentation and performance metrics.
- Collaborative with cross-functional teams and able to foster strong internal partnerships.
