Role Overview

As we expand our Marketing team, we seek a Marketing Manager focused on Customer Marketing and Member Experience. This role is instrumental in crafting how customers engage with Wine Selectors—from their initial delivery through to sustained membership.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement customer and member marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, digital, print, and phone communications.
  • Support programs relating to customer onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty, rewards, and enhancing member value.
  • Leverage customer data and campaign analytics to uncover opportunities that boost engagement, retention, and participation rates.
  • Oversee member-facing product messaging and collateral materials.
  • Analyze campaign outcomes, customer behavior, and interaction trends to suggest refinements and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with Insights, Customer Experience, and Digital teams to enhance targeting, segmentation, and marketing journey effectiveness.
  • Contribute to broader marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure all communications are accurate, engaging, consistent with brand identity, and commercially sound.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within customer marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, campaign management, or subscription/membership marketing.
  • Comfortable utilizing customer data and campaign performance metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Skilled at interpreting data to detect patterns and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong project and campaign management capabilities with excellent briefing skills.
  • Good commercial acumen with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across diverse teams and juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • A proactive, practical, and cooperative work approach.

Experience in sectors such as wine, retail, eCommerce, loyalty programs, subscriptions, events, CRM, or direct-to-consumer marketing will be highly advantageous.
