Marketing & Lead Generation Executive (Real Estate)

Role Overview

We are hiring a creative and self-driven marketing professional to support lead generation and brand growth for a real estate business in Dubai. The role involves using digital channels, social media, and networking to attract qualified prospects while strengthening the company’s presence in the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar platforms.
• Source high-quality leads from buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors through online marketing activity.
• Produce appealing marketing assets such as reels, videos, property showcases, and promotional ads.
• Oversee digital advertising campaigns and track their results using performance data.
• Take photos and record videos of properties for promotional use.
• Attend property visits, industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings when needed.
• Research the market to uncover new lead generation channels and opportunities.
• Contribute to branding, promotion, and overall marketing support for the company.

Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate marketing, digital marketing, or lead generation.
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling content.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting lead generation targets.
• Exposure to marketing analytics tools.
• Creative approach with careful attention to detail.
