About the Role

Pixi Beauty, a rapidly expanding independent beauty brand with a strong global presence, is seeking a Marketing Intern to join their Marketing Department for a 12-month contract from July 2026 to July 2027. The position is tailored for an individual with a passion for digital media, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate influencer and VIP gifting programs, including themed and milestone packages.
• Maintain monthly tracking of influencer gifts, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate record updates.
• Identify and research new influencer profiles within the UK and EMEA regions.
• Monitor influencer activation trends and gifting strategies across various markets.
• Assist in compiling reports on marketing activities, influencer gifting, and campaign outcomes.
• Support preparation and execution of ad hoc marketing projects and campaigns.
• Track engagement metrics of influencers and VIPs, updating relevant systems and databases accordingly.
• Create presentations, campaign summaries, and performance analyses.
• Contribute innovative ideas for influencer campaigns and enhancing marketing engagement.
• Participate in broader marketing initiatives and assist team activities as required.
