The company is in its early stages but has secured strong funding and ambitious plans for expansion.

Role Overview

We seek an action-oriented Marketing & Growth Manager to spearhead efforts in customer acquisition, build a robust creator and influencer community, nurture affiliate partnerships, and drive e-commerce growth. This position emphasizes hands-on program building and direct ownership of initiatives that affect Studio Rose's business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand Studio Rose's network of creators and influencers.
Identify, onboard, and manage micro-influencers and brand ambassadors.
Coordinate gifting and product seeding campaigns to amplify brand reach.
Create and administer affiliate partner relationships.
Source, organize, and secure user-generated content (UGC) rights.
Monitor partnership KPIs and continuously improve creator programs.
Assist paid marketing campaigns on Meta and other platforms targeting customer acquisition.
Test and scale advertising efforts while analyzing and optimizing campaign outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to boost e-commerce growth and customer retention.
Leverage creator content to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Contribute to emerging channel initiatives including TikTok Shop and affiliate programs.
Work cross-functionally with leadership and the founder on growth initiatives and brand activations.
Provide actionable marketing insights while maintaining a strong execution focus.

Qualifications and Experience

2 to 5 years of pertinent experience in growth marketing, influencer and affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or e-commerce within a fast-growing DTC brand.
Proven track record managing influencer/creator and affiliate programs hands-on.
Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals and customer acquisition strategies.
Self-starter capable of executing independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and analytical abilities to inform decision-making with data.

Preferred Skills

Background in consumer sectors such as beauty, fragrance, wellness, supplements, or fashion.
Familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, influencer/affiliate tools like ShopMy and GRIN.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok platforms including TikTok Shop.
Knowledge of user-generated content (UGC) program management.
