Marketing Executive (Work From Office)

About the Company and Role

AGV Alfab, a facade contract company specializing in aluminium doors, windows, and fenestration, located in Vikaspuri, Delhi, is recruiting a Marketing Executive. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, handling customer inquiries, and monitoring lead generation effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly update the company’s Instagram with photos, videos, and relevant posts.
• Ensure the company website reflects the latest projects and information.
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer calls inquiring about services.
• Engage with potential clients who have expressed interest to convert leads into customers.
• Generate basic analytical reports on lead generation, including tracking call volume and conversion rates.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proficient in Instagram usage including posting, stories, and content creation ideas.
• Comfortable working with computers and software applications.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel for report preparation.
• Familiarity with Google services such as Search, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Docs.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in marketing, social media, or office-related roles.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English languages.
• Polite, patient, and professional phone manner when dealing with customers.

Additional Preferred Skills

Though not mandatory, experience in construction, interior design, or home improvement industries will be considered a plus.
