Marketing Executive - SBI Credit Cards

Job Overview

This role involves working inside stores, shopping malls, or open markets focused on selling SBI Credit Cards. Successful candidates will be assigned to nearby stores or malls where they will engage directly with walk-in customers to convince them to apply for SBI Credit Cards. The executive will verify customer eligibility and assist in the application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact proactively with walk-in customers in assigned stores or malls to promote SBI Credit Cards.
• Check customer eligibility and facilitate the credit card application process.
• Coordinate daily with a team leader who will offer guidance and monitor performance.
• Provide evening reports detailing the number of customers interacted with and credit card applications submitted each day.
• Submit all completed application forms to the team leader daily.

Requirements

• Minimum education of Intermediate or any graduation.
• Age between 19 to 35 years.

Compensation and Terms

• Salary range between INR 13,000 to 18,000 monthly plus benefits like PF and ESI.
• Exact salary determined based on interview performance and managerial decision.
• Note: This is an off-roll position; all salary slips, offer letters, and documents such as the job description card will be provided by Randstad, which serves as the payroll company.
