Job description
About the Role
Mount Juliet Estate, part of Marriott Autograph Collection, is a five-star resort spread across 500 acres of historic Irish countryside. The property combines the elegance of a Georgian manor with the contemporary style of Hunter’s Yard, bringing together a strong local heritage and a distinctive luxury experience. The estate is also certified as a Fáilte Ireland Outstanding Employer and invites the right candidate to contribute to its continued growth story.
The estate is looking for a proactive and imaginative Marketing Executive with experience in luxury hospitality. The role is designed to strengthen the estate’s market position by working closely with the Sales team, expanding brand visibility, supporting revenue growth, and building valuable client relationships. It combines digital and traditional marketing, business development support, and high-end promotional activity within a premium hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans across online and offline channels in line with the estate’s sales and marketing strategy.
- Coordinate campaigns for all revenue areas, including accommodation, spa, dining venues, bars, events, weddings, and sports-related offerings, with a focus on engagement and income generation.
- Protect and reinforce brand standards across all communications, ensuring messaging, identity, and visuals stay consistent.
- Manage social media activity, including scheduling content, running paid promotions, tracking performance, and engaging with audiences to improve results.
- Write, edit, and distribute marketing materials such as advertisements, email campaigns, newsletters, and press releases tailored to the target audience.
- Organise and support creative projects such as photo shoots, trade fairs, wedding showcases, consumer-facing events, and promotional activities.
- Update website content and support search engine optimisation efforts while monitoring results through Google Analytics and similar tools.
- Design digital and print visuals using tools such as Canva and Photoshop, ensuring all creative work remains polished and on-brand.
- Review competitor activity, follow market trends, and identify fresh promotional opportunities.
- Assist with public relations activity by working with agencies, influencers, journalists, photographers, and videographers to increase visibility.
- Track campaign KPIs, prepare reports, and turn insights into actions that improve ROI and support revenue objectives.
- Work collaboratively with other departments so marketing activity supports wider business goals and enhances the guest experience.
Requirements

- Strong ability to communicate clearly in both writing and speech.
- Good understanding of social media, digital marketing, and the basics of hospitality sales.
- Well-developed organisational and multitasking abilities, with a careful eye for detail.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, with additional experience in Canva, Adobe Suite, WordPress, or CRM systems considered beneficial.
- Creative mindset, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn in a busy luxury hospitality environment.
- Professional, positive approach, with a genuine interest in sales and marketing within hospitality.
