Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, organised, and ambitious Marketing Executive to join our expanding team. This dynamic role covers a spectrum of marketing functions including event coordination, campaign management, social media oversight, digital marketing, and communications with customers. The successful candidate will take charge of projects, introduce innovative ideas, and contribute significantly to the marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and manage both in-person and virtual events such as webinars, conferences, and networking opportunities, ensuring smooth logistics, supplier relations, registrations, and communications.
  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns that integrate with various channels, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Create marketing materials and messaging, monitor their effectiveness, and suggest enhancements for better outcomes.
  • Handle the company's social media presence by generating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across major platforms.
  • Assist with digital marketing activities including email campaigns, website updates, lead generation, and performance tracking.
  • Manage communications with customers and prospects through multiple channels, encompassing email nurture campaigns and marketing inbox management.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies on marketing collateral, merchandise, public relations, and daily marketing tasks.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a comparable marketing role.
  • Proven ability to oversee logistics for live and virtual events aimed at both prospects and existing clients.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and maintaining a content calendar.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated capability to independently manage projects and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Formal qualifications in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms or CRM software.
  • Experience within the legal sector, professional services, or B2B contexts.
