Job description
Role Overview
This field-facing marketing role is based in Chunar, Uttar Pradesh and is focused on driving product promotion, prescription generation, territory growth, and distributor coordination in line with the company’s commercial strategy.
Qualification
- B.Pharm and B.Sc. graduates are preferred for this position.
- Candidates with a non-science background or D.Pharm qualification may also be considered if they have at least one year of relevant experience.
Experience
The expected experience range is from 6 months to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit the assigned doctors, chemists, stockists, and other customers at the frequency defined by the company’s plan.
- Work toward prescription generation and meet monthly and annual targets for product-wise and value-wise sales across both primary and secondary channels.
- Improve territory profitability, protect or grow brand market share, and build strong customer relationships through engagement activities aligned with business strategy.
- Oversee product distribution in the assigned area and keep losses such as breakage and expiry under control.
- Collect market feedback on business conditions and the effect of the company’s promotional activities as well as competitor actions, and share these insights with line managers and the marketing team.
- Create and recommend monthly and yearly distribution plans for the territory to support business goals.
- Develop stockist and distributor orders according to the business plan, ensure smooth product supply, and follow up on payments and outstanding dues as per company policy.
