Job description
Overview
Confidence Petroleum India Ltd seeks a Marketing Executive for field sales and marketing within the Oil & Gas sector at its Bengaluru location. The position involves business growth initiatives through customer acquisition, managing dealer relations, market analysis, and achieving set sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly conduct field visits to uncover new business prospects and customers.
- Generate and convert leads into confirmed clients.
- Market diverse company products including LPG, CNG, Auto LPG, and other oil & gas solutions.
- Engage industrial, commercial, institutional customers, and other target segments.
- Build and sustain robust connections with current customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Spot new markets and dealers to enhance distribution networks.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and relay market developments to management.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and develop business.
- Manage quotations, orders, and client follow-ups effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, installation, and customer service coordination.
- Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding dues with relevant teams.
- Participate actively in exhibitions, promotions, and dealer meetings.
- Maintain comprehensive reporting through daily visit logs, lead tracking, and sales activity documents.
- Handle basic customer service issues by coordinating with the appropriate departments.
- Travel extensively as per territory requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA or PGDM in Marketing is advantageous.
- Experience: 0–1 year in field sales, marketing, or business development preferred, notably in Oil & Gas, LPG, CNG, Auto LPG, industrial or B2B sales sectors; fresh graduates with strong sales communication skills also considered.

Preferred Traits
The candidate should be dynamic, goal-focused, and comfortable working extensively in the field. Experience in LPG/CNG sales, industrial or B2B marketing, and dealer network development will be an added advantage.
