Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive position in Dublin 12. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity that promotes DB Sports Tours’ range of services, including tours, camps, and coaching programmes. The role combines campaign execution, market analysis, promotional support, and content coordination across both online and offline channels.
Key responsibilities
The position requires close coordination with internal teams to help attract and convert customers, keep all communications aligned with the brand, and track how marketing initiatives perform so future campaigns can be improved. The role also involves engaging professionally with clients and business partners while supporting the wider growth of the company.
Qualifications and skills
- You should be able to support marketing plans through research and structured market analysis.
- Clear verbal and written communication is important, along with the ability to share ideas and work well with colleagues and external contacts.
- Experience in sales and marketing, including running campaigns and supporting customer engagement, will be valuable.
- A qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field is preferred, though relevant practical experience may also be considered.
- Comfort using digital marketing platforms and social media tools is expected, and knowledge of analytics or reporting will be an advantage.
- You should be well organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle several priorities in a busy environment.
- A genuine interest in sport, especially football, is preferred.
