Role Overview

This role invites an energetic and organized Healthcare Events and Community Engagement Executive to be the vibrant face of HealthHub across Dubai, based in Dubai Festival City. This position emphasizes event planning, managing healthcare-related events and community outreach initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and representing the HealthHub brand at public venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute healthcare exhibitions, wellness programs, roadshows, and awareness campaigns from concept through post-event analysis.
• Manage logistics including venue coordination, supplier and equipment arrangements, promotional materials, and staffing to ensure professional delivery that meets budget and schedules.
• Oversee multiple concurrent events and track outcomes such as engagement metrics and ROI.
• Represent HealthHub at various community settings such as shopping malls, corporate offices, educational institutions, and public events to raise brand awareness and foster relationships.
• Build and nurture connections with patients, corporate partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations to support patient acquisition and outreach objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive event calendars, prepare briefs, presentations, reports, and collaborate on budget tracking and administrative documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in event management, coordination, community engagement, corporate activations, public relations, hospitality, or healthcare outreach.
• Proven ability to independently handle full event lifecycles including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills with professional presentation.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders including senior leadership, clients, patients, suppliers, and the general public.
• Fluent English and strong Arabic language skills highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva, and familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or equivalents.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
• Healthcare industry experience, UAE driving license, personal transportation, and prior work with wellness or community outreach campaigns are positively regarded.
