About the Role
McCann FitzGerald LLP is seeking a dedicated Marketing & Events Executive to join their Markets team in Dublin. The team works in collaboration across sectors to address complex scenarios, seize new prospects, and generate better client outcomes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and enhancing a variety of integrated corporate hospitality, conferences, sponsorships, campaigns, and events aimed at promoting the firm's services, expertise, client experience, and overall brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing, coordinating, and executing internal and external events, sponsorships, client hospitality programs, and webinars, ensuring a smooth experience for clients, guests, and stakeholders.
- Manage event logistics, including coordinating invitations, RSVPs, event materials, liaising with suppliers, managing digital platforms, and venue arrangements.
- Help deliver hospitality experiences that strengthen client relationships.
- Conduct research on event trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to propose new ideas for enhancing events and client engagement.
- Support conference activities, including securing sponsorships and speaking engagements, managing materials and logistics, and coordinating stakeholders.
- Track conference and event activities and measure outcomes to demonstrate impact.
- Maintain client data and invitation lists within the CRM system, ensuring GDPR compliance and data accuracy.
- Monitor attendance, gather feedback, and assist in evaluating event results to improve future initiatives.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, venues, and event partners.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external organizers to ensure delivery of high-quality events and exceptional client experiences.
- Offer ideas and feedback to drive process improvements, innovation, and maximize marketing and event effectiveness.
- Provide timely and professional coordination and support as needed.
- Perform any additional relevant duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or business development roles, preferably within a professional services setting.
- Strong skills in organization, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
- A proactive, idea-driven approach and confidence to pitch innovative concepts for events and client interaction.
- Experience supporting events, webinars, client hospitality, campaigns, or sponsorship activities, including budget monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency using CRM software, event and email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
- An interest in market trends, innovation, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

- Experience with marketing automation platforms and optimizing CRM systems.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of client value and measuring return on investment.
- Ability to introduce innovation and continuous improvement in marketing efforts.
