Overview

A marketing agency based in Crown Heights is looking for a meticulous Marketing & Design Assistant to support both creative production and marketing operations. This opportunity is well suited to a junior designer who wants to strengthen their design abilities while working in a busy, process-driven team.

The right person will be organized, fast-learning, and highly exacting in their work, with the ability to stay productive in a deadline-focused environment and quickly adapt to new workflows.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Comfort using computers efficiently and staying productive when deadlines are tight.
  • Very strong focus on precision, consistency, and error-free work.
  • Canva familiarity is helpful.
  • Experience with the ChabadOne platform is an added advantage.

Hours and location

This is an on-site role based in the Crown Heights office. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, export, and keep design files organized for web and email use.
  • Create website graphics such as icons, headers, and page layouts for existing sites.
  • Work within established brand standards while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Carry out routine website updates for client sites using WordPress and ChabadOne.
  • Set up and manage forms as well as related integrations.
  • Keep track of assignments, deadlines, and deliverables independently to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Build and schedule email campaigns from provided templates.
  • Coordinate with clients on email assets, approval requests, and send timing.
  • Support formatting, proofreading, and final quality checks for marketing materials.
