Job description
About the Company
SuperAI and TOKEN2049 are event platforms built around some of the most influential gatherings in technology today. TOKEN2049 serves as the flagship global event series for the web3 community to connect, exchange ideas, and help shape the industry. SuperAI brings together leading thinkers, companies, and builders in artificial intelligence. Across both brands, the events attract tens of thousands of attendees each year, along with prominent speakers and international media coverage.
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-focused Marketing Data Specialist who can connect marketing strategy with data-led execution. This position owns the data environment for both TOKEN2049 and SuperAI. The role involves evaluating performance across multiple channels, improving acquisition funnels, managing audience segments, and creating dashboards that turn data into actions that support ticket revenue, sponsorship growth, and global brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, automate, and maintain reporting dashboards such as Looker Studio or Tableau to monitor ticket sales, registration performance, and marketing return on investment.
- Review results across paid media, email, and organic social channels, including Google, X/Twitter, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Perform detailed post-campaign analysis to identify patterns, assess channel effectiveness, and shape recommendations for upcoming event cycles.
- Maintain and refine the global database of attendees, speakers, sponsors, and media contacts.
- Create advanced segmentation frameworks for email and audience targeting using historical attendance, industry categories, and user behavior.
- Protect data quality and compliance while keeping ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools properly synchronized.
- Set up and audit tracking tools such as pixels, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 to ensure accurate attribution.
- Work with growth marketers on A/B testing for landing pages, ad creatives, and email messaging, then interpret results to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze and optimize the full user journey from first interaction through to ticket purchase.
Experience and Education
The ideal candidate should bring 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or growth marketing. Prior exposure to large-scale events, B2B conferences, or fast-growing technology companies is expected. A strong interest in, or professional experience with, Web3/Crypto and Artificial Intelligence is also important.
Technical Skills
You should be comfortable working with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, and have solid experience using dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. Hands-on familiarity with CRM and automation platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or event-specific systems such as Hubilo and Aventri is needed. Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills
This role calls for someone who can explain complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders, work independently in a fast-moving environment, and stay highly organized with strong attention to detail.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary package with performance-linked bonuses.
- A chance to work at the leading edge of the Web3 and AI sectors.
- An international, energetic, and collaborative team culture.
- Complimentary event access and travel opportunities for world-class conferences.
