Role overview
The team is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst Intern focused on Social and CRM work in Singapore. This role is designed as a full-time internship and centers on marketing data collection, reporting, analysis, and visualization.
What you'll do
- Gather, check, and organize information from tools and channels such as Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Braze, Sprinklr, Meta, and TikTok.
- Develop and update Excel-based dashboards and reporting files.
- Review data to identify trends, patterns, and important performance indicators.
- Turn analysis into practical insights and recommendations.
- Prepare simple and clear charts, visuals, and written summaries.
- Respond to ad hoc data queries and support wider business reporting requirements.
What the role requires
- Either currently studying for or recently finished a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a similar discipline.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and careful attention to detail.
- Good planning, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
