The team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help drive day-to-day marketing execution.

Compensation

Role Summary

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will support marketing work across fashion and beauty lines by working closely with brand, creative, digital, and retail partners. The position calls for someone highly organized, detail-focused, and enthusiastic about brand storytelling, trend-led campaigns, and polished execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily coordination of marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, retail, email, and experiential channels.
  • Keep campaign schedules, creative assets, and approval workflows moving in collaboration with creative, merchandising, and marketing teams.
  • Assist with seasonal launches, product releases, and promotional efforts across fashion and beauty categories.
  • Help manage content tasks such as selecting images, revising copy, and organizing assets.
  • Monitor campaign results and prepare reports that inform future optimization and planning.
  • Work with vendors, influencers, agencies, and internal partners as required.
  • Update and maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and supporting documentation to keep campaigns on track.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate brings 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, or project coordination, with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle experience strongly preferred. You should be highly organized, meticulous, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting. Strong interest in fashion, beauty, trends, and consumer brands is important, along with solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools is also expected.

Preferred Background

Additional value will come from experience supporting creative teams, photographers, stylists, or content production workflows. Familiarity with social platforms, influencer campaigns, and brand partnerships is helpful, as is a basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and reporting. Experience supporting retail marketing or omnichannel campaigns is also a plus, especially in a visually driven brand environment.

Education

A bachelor’s degree is required.

Benefits

Eligible employees may receive Atrium Care Package benefits, which can include healthcare coverage, discount programs, and paid time off, depending on eligibility.
