Role Overview

The Influencer Account Manager will strengthen client relationships and help deliver premium service across talent, brand, and internal team interactions. This role combines account management, project coordination, strategic planning, and social media know-how. The right candidate will be highly organized, confident in communication, and genuinely interested in the creator economy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage branded partnerships from beginning to end, making sure contractual obligations and project milestones are fulfilled.
  • Keep talents and brands engaged throughout collaborations and beyond, offering ongoing support that helps sustain strong working relationships.
  • Monitor campaign results using KPIs and prepare detailed wrap-up reports that summarize wins, challenges, and takeaways for future planning.
  • Work with talents and internal teams to help maintain a consistent and effective social media presence.
  • Create content directions and concept ideas informed by analytics and social trends to support strong audience engagement.
  • Take part in talent onboarding, quarterly planning, and other key agency touchpoints.
  • Provide day-to-day planning assistance to help talents stay organized and set up for success.
  • Handle incoming PR needs such as interview requests, mailers, and event invitations.
  • Support outbound efforts including talent sourcing, outreach, interview pitching, gifting, event follow-up, and new brand pitch calls.
  • Attend production days and talent events on site to provide hands-on support for smooth execution.
  • Stay current on industry developments and use the right tools and information sources to remain a useful resource for the team.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or public relations, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Direct experience communicating with both talents and corporate clients.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a naturally collaborative communication style.
  • Ability to mediate, negotiate, resolve conflicts, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Excellent organization, task management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work through details and deadlines efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of influencer partnerships, social media metrics, and industry KPIs.
  • Understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and PR.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related area is considered an advantage.
