Role Overview

RMF is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join its marketing team in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. This position suits someone who is organized, creative, and comfortable working under deadlines while managing writing, editing, and project coordination tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development of tailored proposals, SF330 forms, and branded marketing materials for RFP and RFQ responses.
• Create clear, persuasive copy for proposals, presentations, brochures, and other digital marketing assets.
• Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines to help ensure accurate, on-time deliverables.
• Build PowerPoint presentations for interviews, trade shows, and client-facing meetings.
• Research, monitor, and organize leads and potential opportunities to support business development efforts.
• Partner with engineers, project managers, and senior leaders to highlight RMF’s experience and capabilities.
• Use Deltek Vantagepoint to maintain marketing information and support workflow management.
• Assist with occasional site visits and industry events when needed; this is helpful but not mandatory.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, especially in marketing, communications, English, or a similar field.
• Ideally, you bring 1 to 5 years of experience in AEC marketing, proposals, or communications.
• Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working on several projects at once in a deadline-focused environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint and Open Asset is preferred but not required.
