Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will play an active role in energizing the Shot Darts brand by managing content creation, marketing campaigns, and coordinating communications. Daily tasks range from filming factory footage, collaborating with designers, to writing compelling copy for new dart ranges. The position involves close cooperation with both the Marketing and Research & Development teams to develop brand narratives across digital and physical touchpoints including social media, email marketing, retail environments, packaging, and website content.
Key Duties
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to strategize and implement social media content plans, including filming and editing reels.
- Create engaging and consistent copy for various campaigns and promotional efforts.
- Partner with the Research & Development Team to conceptualize and draft content related to new dart product lines.
- Assist with eCommerce and retail promotions by preparing copy, point-of-sale, and campaign materials.
- Manage briefings and coordination of design assets for marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
- Maintain updated and on-brand website content.
- Support email marketing efforts by drafting thematic content, writing copy, and conducting testing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure brand coherence across all marketing channels and content.
- Provide ongoing marketing support including administrative tasks and project coordination across sales platforms.
- Monitor industry, social media, competitor, and technology trends to suggest new marketing improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven creative copywriting ability with strong attention to brand voice and tone.
- Experience in filming and editing social media content including reels.
- Marketing qualification such as a degree, diploma, or equivalent.
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to effectively brief and manage design resources; design skills considered advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented approach.
