This position blends marketing creativity with rigorous project management, enabling successful campaigns through collaboration and precise execution. The role requires nurturing momentum, coordinating multiple components, and fostering team unity across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with clarity and ease. Balancing strategic vision with detailed oversight ensures campaigns align with overarching goals and timelines. Every campaign is seen as a chance to enhance customer trust well before acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns spanning channels such as email, webinars, social media, events, landing pages, nurture sequences, and customer marketing.
  • Ensure timely launches, consistent messaging, and alignment with company-wide marketing objectives and market entry strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to refine campaign effectiveness and execution quality.
  • Work closely with Growth Marketing and Regional Sales Managers to create localized marketing efforts aimed at boosting engagement and opportunities in targeted regions.
  • Oversee regional campaigns including territory-specific emails, conferences, field activities, webinars, local customer events, and marketing programs, ensuring brand consistency and support for local sales targets.
  • Act as a reliable operational coordinator between Marketing and Sales by managing communications, sales enablement, follow-ups, and lead engagement activities.
  • Strengthen cooperation between Sales and Marketing teams through proactive planning and communication.
  • Monitor integrated campaign results, tracking engagement, lead generation, event participation, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Identify trends and suggest optimizations to enhance campaign performance continuously.
  • Provide reporting insights enabling data-driven marketing and sales decisions.
  • Manage campaign schedules, project plans, stakeholder approvals, and interdepartmental communications to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and tracking systems for transparency and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate internal deliverables to keep campaigns well-organized and scalable.
  • Seek out opportunities to improve workflows and marketing operations as the company expands.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, event marketing, marketing operations, or coordination in a B2B setting.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities to handle simultaneous initiatives.
  • Proven success delivering integrated lead generation campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
  • Experience using project management software such as Asana; familiarity with Airtable is beneficial.
  • Preferred experience with creative design applications like Canva.
  • Analytical aptitude to analyze campaign data and recommend enhancements.
  • Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, or comprehensive campaigns.
  • Interest in integrated marketing, demand generation, and regional campaign planning.
  • Experience engaging with K-12 school districts or regional sales structures is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% for departmental summits, conferences, customer events, and sales meetings.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with direct mail campaign planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with buyer intent platforms, audience segmentation, lead scoring, or nurture workflows.
  • Passion for enhancing operational efficiency and marketing scalability.
