Job description

Role overview

This is a full-time marketing position with a 40-hour contracted workweek. It is best suited to someone who wants broad exposure across creative, growth, and digital marketing in a small, ambitious team. The role is largely remote, but the person hired must be based in the UK, be comfortable travelling occasionally for team meetups and industry events, and be available for a few mandatory in-person gatherings each year. A central London office is also available for use whenever needed.

The position offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you will see the results of your work quickly. It is designed as a wide-ranging generalist opportunity covering copywriting, creative production, social media, paid media, website updates, campaign execution, and marketing strategy. You do not need to arrive as an expert in every area; curiosity and a strong willingness to learn are more important.

What you will do

  • Create written and visual marketing assets, including social posts, email content, blog copy, graphics, and short-form video.
  • Help plan, launch, and improve campaigns across email, social channels, and webinars.
  • Set up basic tracking, review performance data, and use insights to optimise paid and organic activity.
  • Support growth work through research, brainstorming, and identifying new opportunities for the business.
  • Maintain day-to-day marketing activity across organic social, website or CMS updates, HubSpot landing pages, and event support.

Candidate profile

The employer is seeking early-career marketers or recent graduates with around 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B marketing. A strong writing ability, a good eye for simple and effective design, and an interest in technology are all important. You should also be proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable contributing ideas rather than waiting for direction.

A degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a closely related field is preferred.

Working arrangement and process

This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel required for meetings and events. The interview process includes a 15-minute screening call, a 60-minute remote practical exercise, a 30-minute remote team discussion, a 30-minute remote interview with the hiring manager, and a 45-minute in-person presentation and Q&A session in London.

Compensation and benefits

The salary range is £29,000 to £32,000 per year. Additional benefits include equity options, 5% pension contributions, flexible working hours for up to 2 days per week, the ability to work abroad for up to 90 days per year, enhanced parental leave, access to the Mintago benefits platform, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday and another significant day of your choice, quarterly meal allowance of up to £75 for friends or family, a monthly wellbeing allowance of £50 for gym or wellness activities or private medical cover, retail discounts, childcare vouchers, virtual GP access, financial advice, quarterly social events, and a learning budget. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to social impact by helping improve patient healthcare.

Application requirements

Applicants must submit all three required items for consideration. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

  • CV
  • Portfolio demonstrating writing and design ability
  • Two-minute video introducing yourself and explaining why you are a strong fit

Additional notes

The role is part of a B Corp-certified organisation and is intended for someone ready to grow into wider strategy and leadership responsibilities as the team expands. The company emphasizes minimal bureaucracy, significant creative freedom, and a clear path for career development.

Location: Ireland is stated in the source, but the role description also specifies that the candidate must be based in the UK and travel to London for some meetings and events.
