Job description

Role overview

This is a full-time marketing position with 40 contracted hours each week. The role sits within a small, ambitious team and offers wide exposure across the marketing function. You will be involved in writing, design, campaign launches, and performance analysis, with the chance to see the results of your work quickly.

The position is mainly remote, but you must be based in the United Kingdom and available for a few mandatory meet-ups in the UK each year, along with occasional industry events. A central London office is also available for use whenever needed.

This is a broad generalist role that covers creative production, social media, paid advertising, website updates, and strategy. You do not need to be fully expert in every area from day one; what matters most is a strong desire to learn and grow.

What you will do

  • Create written and visual marketing assets, including social media content, email copy, blog content, graphics, and video materials.
  • Help plan, launch, and improve campaigns across email, social media, and webinars.
  • Support ad tracking and learn how to optimise campaigns using performance data.
  • Work with data, market research, and ideas generation to identify growth opportunities.
  • Keep organic social channels active and engaging.
  • Update the website or CMS and help build landing pages in HubSpot.
  • Support the planning and coordination of events.

Why this role stands out

You will join a fast-moving environment with minimal bureaucracy and few layers of approval. The role offers real learning opportunities, significant creative freedom, and a clear route to progress into strategy and leadership as the team expands.

Requirements

The ideal person is an early-career marketer or recent graduate with around 1 to 2 years of experience, particularly in B2B marketing. Strong writing ability, a good eye for simple and polished design, and genuine interest in technology are important.

It is helpful if you have used tools such as Canva, AI tools like Claude or Gemini, HubSpot, WordPress, or Google Analytics, but this is not essential. You should also be proactive, curious, and comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting for instructions.

Education

A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related subject is preferred.

Benefits

  • Work from home or use a dog-friendly office in Moorgate.
  • Equity options and 5% pension contributions.
  • Flexible working time, with up to 2 days per week of flexibility.
  • Opportunity to work abroad for up to 90 days per year.
  • Enhanced parental leave and access to the Mintago benefits platform.
  • 25 days of annual leave in addition to bank holidays.
  • Your birthday off, plus one additional significant day off.
  • Quarterly meals for friends or family worth up to £75.
  • A monthly wellbeing allowance of £50 for gym or wellness activities, or the option of private medical cover.
  • Access to Mintago benefits such as retail discounts, childcare vouchers, virtual GP support, financial advice, and more.
  • Quarterly social events.
  • A learning budget to support your development.
  • The opportunity to contribute to improved patient healthcare and broader social impact.

Application process

  • 15-minute screening call.
  • 60-minute practical exercise conducted remotely.
  • 30-minute team discussion conducted remotely.
  • 30-minute interview with the hiring manager conducted remotely.
  • 45-minute presentation and Q&A in London, in person.

Application requirements

To be considered, all three items below must be submitted. Applications missing any of these will not be reviewed:

  • CV.
  • Portfolio showing your writing and design work.
  • A 2-minute video introducing yourself and explaining why you are a strong fit.

Additional information

The role is for a United Kingdom-based candidate and includes occasional travel for team gatherings and industry events. The company has a central London office available for use at any time.
