About the Role
We are seeking a driven and data-focused Marketing Assistant eager to develop digital marketing expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role involves close collaboration with the founder and team to craft and implement paid marketing strategies, execute client campaigns, and support business growth. Your daily tasks will include creating Meta ads for clients and playing a vital role in account management by maintaining strong client relationships and leading client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Meta advertisements by designing campaigns aimed at conversions and brand awareness that include ad copy creation.
- Advanced management of Meta ads using diverse account structures and funnel strategies.
- Perform campaign optimizations, analyze creatives, and produce compelling ad copy.
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing deliverables, client data, and expectations.
- Offer insights, propose strategies, run tests, document meeting notes, and ensure action items are addressed.
- Generate weekly performance reports for clients.
- Implement Google Ads campaigns including Search ads with persuasive copywriting, and manage Performance Max, YouTube, and Discovery ads.
- Conduct bid management, keyword research, and performance optimizations.
- Assist in developing and presenting clear, branded marketing documents such as monthly reports, strategy presentations, one-pagers, quarterly business reviews, and media plans.
- Analyze complex data sets to inform media planning, budget allocation, and overall marketing strategy using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Meta and Google platforms.
- Conduct data audits and create detailed reports and research to support marketing decisions.
- Support agency operations by maintaining the corporate website, producing blog posts, creating LinkedIn content, managing budget tracking, reporting, and monitoring time allocation.
Experience & Knowledge
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including e-commerce, brand strategy, social media, and consumer behavior.
- Proven client or account management abilities.
- Strong enthusiasm for paid advertising and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products.
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-pressure setting.
- Basic competence in executing performance marketing, particularly with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of website best practices and proficiency in conducting market research and analysis for client projects.
