About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to help drive day-to-day marketing execution across retail, digital, and brand activities. In this position, you will coordinate campaign materials, support launches and activations, and work with both internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving smoothly across markets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with retail marketing activities, including arranging in-store displays and promotional assets.
- Support product launches, store events, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare simple digital content and contribute to social media efforts, including collaboration with influencers and content creators.
- Monitor digital performance indicators such as engagement and reach, and help compile basic reports.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with PR agencies, media contacts, and event partners.
- Be available for occasional travel to company locations.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline, or current final-year study in one of these areas.
- Native-level Spanish and fluency in English.
- Understanding of marketing campaigns, retail activation, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools, including social media and reporting platforms.
- Well-developed organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, retail, or trade marketing is a plus; internships or junior positions are acceptable.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG is considered an advantage.
