Role overview
This position sits within the Performance Marketing & Operations function and is centered on keeping marketing systems, workflows, and operational processes running smoothly. The Marketing Assistant will help maintain data quality, support platform upkeep, and contribute to process enhancements that improve efficiency and campaign execution.
Key responsibilities
- Keep marketing tools and operational materials current, including forms, templates, and email assets.
- Support data loading, cleanup, and information consistency across marketing systems.
- Handle incoming operational requests and help route work through the appropriate workflows.
- Share progress updates and status changes with relevant stakeholders.
- Build, revise, and maintain Jeto launchers along with related reference documentation.
- Assist with quality checks for new or revised launchers before release.
- Maintain process guides, documentation, and training resources.
- Help prepare, schedule, and launch campaigns.
- Provide backup assistance for campaign operations when needed.
- Coordinate projects and workflow management in Asana.
- Perform Asana upkeep, administration, and quality assurance activities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfort managing several priorities at the same time.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work within established processes and workflows.
- Collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Technical interest and aptitude for operational systems.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive.
Preferred background
- Prior exposure to marketing, operations, or administrative work.
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM systems such as Marketo or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with project management platforms like Asana.
- Comfort with data entry and spreadsheet management.
- Interest in learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Curiosity about marketing, technology, and education trends.
Compensation
This entry-level position offers a salary of $42,000 per year.
