Job description
About the Role
Pembr is looking to add a new Marketing Specialist to its internal team after a successful rebrand, the launch of a refreshed website, and a period of strong business growth. This is a standalone role with broad ownership across brand, content, digital activity, and CRM. It combines strategic input with hands-on delivery, covering campaign planning, content development, and growth-focused marketing execution.
The position is well suited to a creative and analytical marketer with around 3–5 years of experience who enjoys working independently, building marketing activity from the ground up, and helping shape a brand as it grows.
About You
The ideal candidate is proactive, ambitious, and grounded in digital marketing and content creation. You should be comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution, and confident managing a mix of channels and tactics.
You’ll need a strong interest in storytelling, community building, and performance-led campaigns. The role calls for someone organised, adaptable, and comfortable working across social media, email, events, and paid media while keeping the brand consistent and polished.
About Pembr
Pembr’s work begins with the people it serves, with a clear aim to help people do their best work as easily as possible. The company describes itself as collaborative, inclusive, purpose-driven, and committed to sustainability and ethical business practices. It also values its charity partnerships and the chance they create for employees to contribute to the community. With a multicultural team and varied perspectives, people are seen as central to the organisation’s success.
