Role Overview
The Marketing and Communication Specialist supports the broader marketing and communications function by helping run campaigns, building content, managing media interactions, and assisting with event coordination. The position is focused on producing polished marketing and communication outputs that stay aligned with brand guidelines and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Help implement marketing and communication plans as assigned by the team.
- Ensure campaign assets and messaging remain consistent with corporate identity and objectives.
- Prepare campaign materials and deliver them within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
- Create, develop, and roll out marketing content across different communication channels.
- Keep brand messaging uniform across all written and visual materials.
- Monitor campaign results and prepare performance summaries for leadership.
- Support media outreach efforts and maintain updated contact databases for media partners.
- Assist in organizing and delivering company events, seminars, and conferences.
- Draft and publish content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate campaign activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a similar discipline.
- Between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, PR, or a connected field.
- Practical exposure to content development, campaign coordination, and digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of media relations, social media handling, and corporate communications.
- Strong ability to write, edit, and shape stories for different content formats.
- Comfort using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Well-organized with the ability to juggle several projects at the same time.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
