Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Analyst to harness advanced analytics, business intelligence, and AI technologies to craft data-driven marketing strategies that enhance performance and yield measurable results for clients. This role works primarily onsite in Superior, CO, with minimal remote flexibility and reports to the Director of Client Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain client reporting dashboards using Domo.
  • Publish daily marketing and operational client metrics in Domo to reveal client performance insights.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of published data; promptly report discrepancies from external sources to the Data Engineering team.
  • Provide weekly and monthly comprehensive reports on client performance including actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Media and Client Service teams to review performance, discuss strategy adjustments, and assess impacts.
  • Develop predictive models projecting future client performance based on historical data and current initiatives.
  • Engage directly with clients to communicate about performance and deliverables.
  • Present analytical findings, insights, and suggestions directly to clients.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and reporting upon requests from account leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Meet stringent delivery deadlines with a strong urgency.
  • Support account leadership with insights across marketing campaigns spanning Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic Social, Brand Reputation, and Web Analytics.
  • Analyze client performance, identify challenges, and recommend business improvements.
  • Leverage AI-powered analytics and productivity tools to boost reporting precision, uncover insights, and streamline operations.
  • Partner with Analytics and Data Engineering teams to automate reporting through AI.
  • Explore and evaluate AI-enabled marketing measurement and campaign optimization tools.
  • Create prompts and workflows for approved generative AI platforms while adhering to governance standards.
  • Combine AI-assisted insights with traditional analytics approaches.
  • Comply with data and reporting governance policies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong intellectual curiosity to challenge norms and pursue continuous improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative, marketing, business, or related discipline with up to five years of relevant analytics experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying, joining, and validation.
  • Experience with statistical and predictive modeling tools such as Python or R.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities including pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Exceptional attention to detail ensuring data accuracy and high-quality outputs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights to clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple client assignments and prioritize to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Competence in analyzing data from digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Adobe Marketing Analytics, and social listening tools.
  • Experience integrating data from marketing automation and CRM systems such as Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with AI tools including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and Claude.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and ethical AI governance.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning in AI technologies.
  • Experience designing dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo.
  • Skilled in hypothesis formulation, data storytelling, and data-driven decision making.

Work Environment and Benefits

  • Standard 40-hour work week; may require additional hours to meet project deadlines.
  • Competitive salary range $60,000 to $90,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.
