Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer trust by ensuring fresh bakery products are always available.
• Keep bakery displays attractive, fresh, and of high quality throughout the day to encourage sales.
• Prepare a variety of bakery items—including bread, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited goods—according to company standards, using equipment such as provers, ovens, and mixers.
• Provide warm, helpful service that enhances customer experience and highlights our bakery's traditional craftsmanship and fresh offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Friendly and supportive attitude, with a willingness to exceed customer expectations.
• Energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to assist and resolve customer inquiries.
• Competent in operating a range of bakery equipment safely while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Solid baking skills, including the ability to mix and shape dough into finished products.
• Flexibility to work across other fresh food counters as needed to ensure comprehensive customer service.
