Key Responsibilities

• Assuring customers of the consistent availability of fresh bakery items.
• Keeping food displays fresh, appealing, and of high quality throughout the trading hours to boost sales.
• Preparing bakery goods such as bread, rolls, doughnuts, and fruit-based products according to company standards using specialized equipment like provers, ovens, and mixers.
• Providing exceptional and friendly service, overcoming obstacles to enhance customer experiences while showcasing traditional baking skills and fresh offerings.

Candidate Profile

• Friendly, supportive personality who enjoys interacting with customers and exceeding their expectations.
• Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-moving, diverse environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative for resolving customer inquiries effectively.
• Competent in handling various bakery equipment while strictly adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Proficient baking skills, including mixing and shaping dough to create a variety of bakery products.
