Overview
OptiBrand Rx is hiring a remote Market Research Associate to support recruitment for client research studies. The role focuses on reaching out to clinics, facilities, and individuals, explaining study details, and building a pool of qualified participants for market research projects.
This is a work-from-home position with flexible scheduling. The role is not commission-based and does not include sales or telemarketing duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Use online tools and resources to locate relevant audience groups.
- Research clinics, facilities, and specialist contacts that match study needs.
- Make outbound calls to individuals and organizations to promote paid research opportunities.
- Carry out phone screening interviews and record responses accurately.
- Keep contact databases current, organized, and detailed.
- Add new records and revise existing contact information as needed.
- Handle customer support requests by phone and email.
Qualifications
- Professional, upbeat manner with strong communication ability.
- Comfort speaking confidently with a wide range of people.
- Able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong focus on accuracy and database upkeep.
- Good reading, listening, and speaking skills.
- Reliable, disciplined, and professional in day-to-day work.
- Comfortable using computers, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first approach.
Preferred Background
- Experience discussing medical products with healthcare professionals is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Prior experience in telephone-based recruiting is also preferred.
