  • Establish evidence-driven access pathways, pricing models, and execution strategies aligned with payer demands and patient benefit.
  • Support new product planning up to 24 months before launch by performing competitive analyses, assessing access risks, and engaging stakeholders early.
  • Lead pricing and reimbursement submissions independently, managing value dossiers, budget impact analyses, HEOR inputs, and materials aimed at payers.
  • Perform pricing evaluations such as international reference pricing, benchmarking, and scenario modeling to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Contribute to tender preparations, contractual negotiations, and access-related negotiations as needed.
  • Keep abreast of pricing regulations and reimbursement policies to guarantee compliance and optimize access opportunities.
  • Develop strategies and implement engagement plans involving private insurers, administrators, and private provider networks to facilitate coverage and reimbursement.
  • Analyze private payer decision factors including benefit design, prior authorization, claims procedures, and employer plan considerations to spot barriers and opportunities for access.
  • Produce payer-centric value communication materials emphasizing budget impact, utilization management, and evidence tailored for private insurance entities.
  • Monitor developments in insurance regulations, private reimbursement trends, and national health reforms to refine access strategies and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs and HEOR teams to generate health economic and real-world evidence matching access requirements.
  • Assist with local customization of economic models, validate assumptions with local datasets, and support scientific publications.
  • Communicate complex data into succinct, payer-friendly value propositions illustrating innovation, outcomes, and healthcare system benefits.
  • Map stakeholders and craft engagement approaches involving payers, HTA agencies, policy authorities, hospitals, and key health institutions.
  • Partner with Policy and External Affairs to influence pricing and reimbursement policy environments using scientific and real-world evidence and international best practices.
  • Establish and sustain compliant, trusted relationships with internal and external parties to support enduring patient access.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and Market Access teams to align messaging and execution on access deliverables.
  • Lead or participate in cross-disciplinary launch teams and governance bodies to ensure market access readiness and superior delivery.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to market access, pricing, and reimbursement to promote ongoing enhancements.
  • Manage projects efficiently with strong planning capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined implementation.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Medicine, or a related discipline is required; a master's degree is preferred.

  • Proven expertise in supporting pricing and reimbursement submissions and new product launches is highly valued.
