About the Role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Lead specializing in heavy fabrication to join a US-based multinational company in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a production setting, with a strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, quality standards, and production planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational tasks aligned with weekly and monthly production schedules.
- Coordinate with the Production Head to identify and implement enhancements in manufacturing processes.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
- Collaborate effectively within a team while also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a supervisory role within a production environment.
- Familiarity with MRP and ERP systems for manufacturing operations.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing technologies, quality assurance, and production planning.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any engineering specialization.
