Role Overview
The General Assembly Helper supports the assembly department with routine day-to-day work. Typical tasks include arranging materials, getting components ready, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting mechanical and electrical assemblers when required. The role calls for prior exposure to an industrial setting, along with dependability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow directions and safety procedures. A cooperative mindset and positive work attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production targets and planned output schedules.
- Carry out assembly work in a way that maintains quality and product yield.
- Follow AS9100 requirements and related standards.
- Help maintain a safe, efficient, and lean production environment.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to identify and resolve issues.
