Role Expectations

• Minimum of 3 years experience performing manual tests on real-world systems.
• Familiarity with agile environments (squads) and active engagement throughout development cycles.
• Skills in planning, designing, and executing test scenarios and cases.
• Experience with functional, exploratory, and regression testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of API validation and integration testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia.
• Capability to detect, document, and follow up on bugs systematically.
• Experience ensuring traceability between requirements and testing activities.
• Active participation in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning, and reviews.
• A collaborative mindset aimed at ongoing QA process improvement.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with software or systems related to healthcare.
