Manpower Planning Expert (Emirati)

Overview

A respected Dubai government organization is hiring a Manpower Planning Expert to contribute to a major workforce planning and transformation initiative spanning several public-sector functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out a strategic framework for workforce and manpower planning.
• Create forecasting models and map out future staffing scenarios.
• Apply AI-based tools and predictive analytics to improve workforce planning and decision-making.
• Support internal teams through advisory input, knowledge sharing, and capability development.
• Work closely with senior leaders on workforce optimization and talent strategy.

Requirements

• Demonstrated background in manpower planning, workforce planning, or organizational workforce transformation.
• Strong capability in workforce forecasting, analytics, and predictive modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AI and digital tools used in workforce planning.
• Consulting or advisory experience is preferred.
• Prior involvement in large-scale government or enterprise-wide programs is highly desirable.
