Overview

We are currently looking for bilingual individuals fluent in both Mandarin and English to join a paid training program which will lead to a remote, full-time interpreter role. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a large U.S. client with continuous support and coaching provided throughout.

Training Details

A paid training program lasting 3 weeks
Live training sessions for 2 hours daily scheduled from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. California time (US time zone)
Additional 5 hours of homework and assignments to complete independently each day
Total paid training time of 7 hours per day, equivalent to 35 hours weekly

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Fluent communication in English and Mandarin
Exhibit strong communication abilities and maintain a professional, positive attitude
Must have reliable internet connectivity to support remote work
Commit to a full-time remote position starting daily at 7 a.m. California time

Application Process

Submission of resume for client review
Completion of an English proficiency test followed by a Mandarin test if the English test is passed
Both tests assess language fluency; there are no right or wrong answers

Test Instructions

Tests must be taken using a laptop or desktop only; mobile devices are not permitted
Ensure a stable internet connection throughout the testing period
Follow all test instructions carefully and avoid opening other programs or browser tabs during the test
Have pen and paper ready for note-taking
Use English exclusively, incorporating rich vocabulary and well-structured sentences
