Mandarin to English Interpreter

About the Opportunity

This is a long-term remote role for fluent Mandarin-English speakers who want to build a career in interpretation. The selected candidate will join a paid training program that prepares them for a full-time interpreter position serving a major U.S. client.

What the Role Offers

Training Schedule

• The training runs for 3 weeks and is paid
• Live online classes are held for 2 hours each day, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. California/Pacific Time
• About 5 additional paid assignment hours are expected daily
• Attendance and active participation throughout the full training period are mandatory

Role Requirements

• Strong fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Clear and effective spoken communication skills
• A dependable high-speed internet connection
• A laptop or desktop available for assessments and training
• A courteous, professional, and positive work attitude
• Ability to work full time from a remote setup
• Must be available to begin work at 7:00 a.m. California/Pacific Time
• Candidates must be based outside the United States
