We are actively searching for a Managing Director to take full control over profit and loss responsibilities while spearheading the company’s business performance and growth strategy.
This role involves close collaboration with the Board to develop and implement ambitious expansion plans and nurture a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement the company's strategic plan focused on commercial growth.
- Achieve profitable revenue increases through both current and emerging customer channels.
- Manage full profit and loss accountability, ensuring robust financial results with rigorous cost controls.
- Oversee multiple departments including sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, finance, and customer support.
- Forge and sustain important partnerships with retail, wholesale, foodservice, and distribution entities.
- Spot opportunities for market growth, new products, and strategic alliances.
- Enhance operational effectiveness while upholding premium product quality and stellar customer experiences.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Set and monitor clear key performance indicators across all functions.
- Report business performance, strategic plans, and investment proposals to the Board.
- Promote a culture that values innovation, sustainability, and continuous enhancement.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced Managing Director or Commercial Director with extensive background in the hot beverage sector, or a top-performing professional aspiring to step into a Managing Director role.
- Strong business insight with skills in sales, pricing strategy, customer relations, and channel development.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
- Financially savvy with demonstrated comprehensive P&L management.
- Experienced in dealing with retail, foodservice, wholesale, or distribution networks.
- Excellent at negotiation, influence, and building lasting relationships.
- Competent in formulating and executing strategies for business growth.
