Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Manager will be responsible for maintaining and thoroughly reviewing precise accounting records with detailed variance analyses. This includes providing support for aftermarket dealer claims by evaluating cost impacts and conducting reconciliations. The role involves assisting in preparing and analyzing multiple incentive schemes and tracking their progress. Key duties also comprise performing account reconciliations and ledger reviews to ensure accurate accounting practices.
The Manager will evaluate slow-moving and non-moving inventory to encourage business liquidation. Additional tasks include supporting financial report analysis such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital on a periodic basis. Participation in revenue recognition, accounting activities, and month-end closing processes will also be required. Timely preparation of presentation materials for monthly review meetings and coordination with cross-functional teams on daily operations are vital to the position.
The role demands assistance in process documentation and implementation alongside analyzing business challenges and conducting trend analysis for better decision-making.
