Job description
Position Summary
This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end training process for assigned programs, with a strong focus on improving how onsite teams perform. The main goals are to strengthen product knowledge, build confidence in the sales process, reinforce operational compliance, and support a consistently high standard of customer experience. The position also includes creating training content, developing helpful tools and reference materials, leading learning sessions, and evaluating how well the training programs are working.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders to identify the most important training priorities and perform needs analyses to pinpoint where teams need support, whether in knowledge or execution, across sales and operations.
- Design organized learning experiences using instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, while making sure all training content meets applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including Fair Housing.
- Facilitate effective and engaging training sessions, including train-the-trainer programs, and coach subject matter experts, property leaders, and Training Specialists on strong delivery and facilitation methods.
- Review training results and recommend improvements that help learning translate into day-to-day performance and remain effective over time.
- Track program performance through both early and later measures, such as training usage, participant satisfaction, KPI results, and resident survey outcomes.
- Curate and oversee content libraries while maintaining quality and relevance standards.

Preferred Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a training leadership or supervisory capacity.
Additional Requirements
- About 10% travel may be required.
- A valid California driver’s license is required, along with continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law.
- The job involves regular and frequent driving as part of the core duties, in line with the company’s MVR policy.
Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $91,700 to $113,400 annually. Placement within the range may depend on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, internal peer compensation, prior performance, business segment, and location.
