Job description

About the Opportunity

This opening is for a Manager-level role within the Supply Category function for the Corporate Channel in Gurgaon. The position reports to the Director for the Corporate Channel.

About the Function

MyBiz is MakeMyTrip’s corporate travel platform, built to give companies a configurable, real-time self-booking experience that fits into their internal structure. The platform is designed to improve convenience, transparency, savings, and choice for business travellers. Over the past five years, the platform has onboarded more than 50,000 well-known corporate customers.

Role Overview

The role is focused on accelerating growth and improving the experience for International Flights on myBiz. The person in this position will be accountable for growth drivers and key corporate performance metrics across assigned segments and corridors. It is a techno-functional position that calls for strong analytical judgment and close collaboration across functions. The role also acts as the central point of contact for growth-related initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the growth levers for International Flights within the myBiz segment and deliver on revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
  • Monitor and improve core metrics such as bookings, GMV, contribution, conversion, and corporate savings.
  • Increase adoption and penetration across corporate accounts by identifying low-usage areas and reducing offline leakage.
  • Improve pricing and fare competitiveness, including Cheapest Logical Fare (CLF), corporate fares, and advance-booking strategies.
  • Partner with Product and Tech teams to refine the booking funnel, policy nudges, approval journeys, and the overall user experience.
  • Work with airline and supply teams to strengthen corporate fare offerings, route coverage, and preferred partnerships.
  • Build and run growth experiments and strategic initiatives such as offers, bundles, upsell ideas, and UX enhancements, while measuring ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Key Account teams to resolve client-specific issues and drive higher adoption.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold an MBA from a reputed institute and bring 7 to 10 years of experience in growth-focused roles across e-commerce, online travel, SaaS, or consumer technology. Strong command over Excel and PowerPoint is essential, while working knowledge of SQL or Python is preferred. Experience in pricing, funnel improvement, or analytics-driven roles will be valuable. Exposure to corporate travel or B2B platforms will be considered an advantage.

Key Success Factors

  • Success in this role depends on understanding corporate travel behaviour, including the difference between planned and last-minute bookings.
  • A strong grasp of policy-led decision-making, such as cheapest logical fare selection and preferred airline usage, is important.
  • The role requires attention to account-level performance and user adoption metrics.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset is needed to identify opportunities and drive outcomes.
  • Deep analytical ability and structured problem-solving are critical.
  • Understanding corporate travel dynamics and policy frameworks is necessary.
  • Knowledge of the airline supply ecosystem will support effective execution.
  • High ownership, speed, and adaptability are important in a fast-moving environment.
  • The candidate should be a collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
