- Conduct store visits alongside Field Leadership to observe current operations and gather feedback for prioritizing process improvements and initiatives.
- Document field insights and propose future state practices aimed at reducing complexity and maximizing sales growth for the field organization.
- Effectively communicate comprehensive assessments of proposed recommendations—including organizational impacts, trade-offs, risks, costs, benefits, and opportunities—to home office and field leadership.
- Partner with various departments including Field Leaders, Store Operations, Technology Services, Human Resources, and Finance to implement and execute agreed-upon solutions.
- Engage in regular meetings at home office and field levels to support ongoing initiatives.
