Job description
About the Role
CredTech is a wholly owned fintech subsidiary of MTN Group FinTech, with a goal of becoming Africa’s leading digital lending platform. The business is built around operational strength and commercial discipline, with a strong focus on technology, credit scoring, faster product delivery, and tighter debt and risk management through partnerships.
The company is hiring a Manager for Revenue Assurance to help shape and protect the financial integrity of its digital lending operations. This person will play a key role in building a robust revenue assurance function that supports business growth while reducing leakage and improving control across lending and partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
The role covers the complete credit revenue journey, from loan origination through to repayment and settlement. It includes revenue assurance across eligibility checks, pricing, disbursement, loan booking, repayment allocation, collections, commissions, partner revenue splits, write-offs, reversals, reconciliations and reporting.
You will design, implement and continuously improve controls that protect lending revenue streams such as collections, fees, interest income, partner settlements and cost of sales. The position also requires building a lending-specific assurance framework that identifies revenue leakage, validates platform and partner data, and produces practical insights for Finance, Commercial, Product, Technology, Risk and external partners.
The job also involves reviewing the revenue impact of changes to products, pricing, scoring models, collections logic, repayment rules, system settings, partner contracts and platform integrations before and after implementation.
This is an individual contributor role and requires strong control thinking, financial analysis, systems understanding and a solid grasp of lending operations within multi-country fintech environments.
Requirements
Applicants should have at least a 4-year tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related area.
Professional credentials in auditing, revenue assurance, risk, data analytics or information systems are considered an advantage, including certifications such as ISACA, GRAPA, CIA, CISA or CRISC.
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience is required in revenue assurance, finance assurance, fintech, financial services, digital lending, consulting, analytics, accounting, information systems, risk, technology assurance or similar functions.
Candidates should also bring 2 to 3 years of experience in a manager or senior specialist capacity, preferably in a multi-country setting or a comparable business environment.
Experience in fintech, digital lending, credit products, collections, revenue assurance, accounting, IT, risk or financial controls is important. A strong understanding of lending products, partner agreements, revenue recognition, collections processes, cost of sales, revenue share arrangements and revenue assurance practices is essential.
Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL or equivalent is expected, along with strong capability in data analysis, financial modelling, reconciliations, reporting and control testing.
Experience working across multiple regions and an awareness of political, social, infrastructure, regulatory and integrity-related challenges is also required. Familiarity with digital banking, fintech, mobile money, lending, collections and partner ecosystem models will be beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications
An MBA or a relevant master’s degree will strengthen the application.
Exposure to monitoring platforms such as Grafana or Kibana is an added advantage.
Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies, especially in a Pan-African context, is also desirable.
Application Notes
The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The application deadline is 22 June 2026, and late submissions will not be considered.
If you do not receive a response within two weeks after the closing date, the application should be treated as unsuccessful.
